General Conditions
i. To receive delivery from LiquorCoy, You need to be 18 years old and above at the date of delivery of your products
ii. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID when delivery is being fulfilled, if the person receiving the delivery is deemed to be below 18 year’s old, we reserve the right to reject the delivery, and no refund for Purchase and Delivery will be provided for such a scenario where the delivery was rejected.
iii. Under the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act in Singapore, we will not be delivering to public places after 2230. If you have placed a delivery address to a public place after 2230, we will contact you to request a change of delivery address. We reserve the right to not fulfil the delivery if you have placed a delivery to a public place after 2230 and are uncontactable.
Products
i. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that the product may appear exactly as what was displayed.
ii. All our customers are advised to examine all goods purchased at the point of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items delivered should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately.
iii. All descriptions of products, product pricing or product sizes are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of LiquorCoy.
iv. We reserve the right to discontinue any product/promotion at any time, without any notice.
v. Any return queries or requests should be referred to the Return’s Policy
Payments
i. LiquorCoy accepts major Credit Cards and Debit cards (Mastercard/Visa/Amex). By using this payment method you will incur a 3% surcharge due to credit card fees.
ii. We also accept PayLah and PayNow which are our preferred mode of payment, as there are no additional charges incurred by customers.
iii. Your Order will only be fulfilled after full payment has been confirmed
Delivery
i. As stated in the General Conditions section, the delivery may be rejected subject to age and location (no delivery to public places after 2230) limitations.
ii. LiquorCoy does not deliver to Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Tuas Area, Lim Chu Kang Road and any restricted areas (military bases, prisons etc.)
iii. There are no surcharges for delivery islandwide including Sentosa
iv. A $5 surcharge is payable for deliveries on Public Holidays
v. In the case of a failed delivery whereby the customer is unable to receive the delivery, the customer has to incur the cost of the second round of deliveries, with the type of delivery chosen by the customer. LiquorCoy delivery partners will update you twice on your deliveries Estimated Time of Arrival once the order has been dispatched.
vi. If a customer chooses for a refund after a failed delivery, the amount refunded will be the checkout value of the customer’s transaction minus $5 for the return trip incurred by the delivery personnel after the failed first attempt at delivery.
vii. We reserve the right to change our delivery pricing, at any given time, without notice.
Express delivery (100 mins)
i. Delivery timings are from 1100- 2300 every day
ii. As far as possible, LiquorCoy will do it’s best to commit to our 100 mins delivery time. However, due to various unforeseen circumstances (Weather, Jam and etc.), we may not be able to deliver within 100 mins, and our delivery personnel will keep you updated if such a scenario occurs. We seek your patience and understanding in this.
iii. Deliveries to areas in the northern part (Woodlands, Yishun, Khatib, Marsiling) of Singapore, may be subject to delays, which will be informed to you once your order has been placed.
iv. In any case, we are unable to fulfil your order within 100 mins, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you another delivery option at a discounted cost, or if it is not convenient for you, a refund will be offered.
Same Day Delivery
i. LiquorCoy delivers from 1800 - late every day.
ii. The last order that can be placed for Same Day delivery will be at 1700 hrs. If you would like to receive your order on the same day after 1700 hrs, please kindly choose Express Delivery (100 mins)
iii. Delivery timings cannot be selected. However, once the order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an update from our delivery partner for the Estimated Time of Arrival.
iv. If you would like a specific delivery timing, do contact us through our Contact Platforms, however, do note that additional charges may apply.
Next Day Delivery
i. LiquorCoy delivers the next day after your order has been placed for next day delivery.
ii. Delivery timings cannot be selected, however, once the order is ready to be dispatched (1800 hrs onwards) you will receive an update from our delivery partner for the Estimated Time of Arrival.
iii. If you would like a specific delivery timing, do contact us through our Contact Platforms, however, do note that additional charges may apply.
CoyPoints/Membership
i. ‘CoyPoints’ or ‘CP’ used as an abbreviation, or ‘CPs’ used as the plural abbreviated term for ‘CoyPoints’, is a LiquorCoy Member’s exclusive deal, this may change at any time, without notice.
ii. To be a LiquorCoy member, it is completely free, however, this may change at any time and will be informed with one week’s notice on our website.
iii. For every $1 at checkout, we will award you with 0.5 CPs. For example, if your checkout value is $99.30 (inclusive of delivery cost), we will round this value up for you - to the nearest whole number, and automatically credit you with 50 CPs. LiquorCoy reserves the right to change these figures at any given time, with one week’s notice on our website.
iv. The number of CoyPoint’s you have will be updated through your email every fortnightly or weekly.
v. Once a member redeems their CoyPoints for their qualified Tier, their CPs automatically resets to 0, regardless of remaining CPs left in their account. CPs will still be awarded for the purchase made at the point of redemption of specified Tier.
vi. CoyPoints are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
vii. The perks of every Tier are subject to change at LiquorCoy’s discretion. Affected members will be compensated for a portion of the change in Tier Perks, and will be notified via email of the changes made.
viii. CPs have an expiration date of 6 months from date of qualification of a new Tier. The count of 6 months expiry resets upon the qualification of a new tier.
ix. If a customer chooses to refund their products, the CPs awarded for the initial purchase will be cancelled too.
Promotions & Promo Codes
i. LiquorCoy reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the terms of any promotion at any time, without notice
ii. Promo codes may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, coupon and/or offer.
iii. CoyPoint redemptions cannot be made combined with any sale, promotion, discount, promo code, coupon and/or offer.
Copyright and Trademarking
i. All rights reserved. No part of this website including CoyPoints may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the owner. For permission requests, contact LiquorCoy at liquorcoy.info@gmail.com.
ii. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service without posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Cancellations
i. There are no cancellations of orders allowed after confirmation of order from LiquorCoy.
